A few pictures from my little girl's 4th birthday. Her only requests were a purple purse, flip flops, a real cell phone and a toy cell phone. She received three purses and a toy cell phone. Her loving aunts and uncles gave her money and she found a pair of flip flops at the dollar store. They are three sizes too big but she didn't care. She has worn them every day since. The only thing she didn't get on her wish list was the real cell phone. I told her she could have one when she could pay for it herself. She tried giving me her birthday money but I had to explain to her that it wasn't enough.
She really did like her new blanket. She was just fed up with everyone telling her to smile for the camera.
She requested lemon bars instead of cake. MMM..... lemon bars.
I don't buy sugary cereals for my kids but make an exception on their birthdays. I haul them to the grocery store and let them pick whatever them want. Libby wanted fruit loops so we got fruit loops...then we ate them for lunch. It's only your birthday once a year after all.And if you are wondering about the frequent outfit changes she had a birthday celebration with my family and one with Michael's family and one at home. If you notice though she is always wearing a dress. I have to bribe her to wear anything else.
