We got back from Sun Valley on Sunday and the girls and I left for McCall
on Wednesday. The boys always seem to have father/son campouts with
church and with their grandpa and us girls were tired of being left
out. My sister-in-law Georgette decided we should have our own trip.
We crammed Georgette, her two girls, my sister-in-law Kristal, my
two girls and I in our van, loaded the bikes on the trailer and drove to
McCall. We had a little - I mean little - cabin available to us within
biking distance of Payette Lake.
We spent most of the time at the lake
running
and posingand just
monkeying around.
There were even minnows to collect.
These are the loverly ladies I spent the weekend with; Kristal, George and her oldest Julia. Don't play cards with these ladies. They may look sweet but they are vicious. I still have an injury on my wrist from playing a couple hands with them.
All the girls on Michael's side of the family.
Too tired to find a bed.
Friday morning we woke up bright and early to return to Boise. It may have been a little too bright and a little too early.
My girls didn't seem to want to wake up.
At the end of it all we decided that we need to have a girl's trip more often. It was just what we all needed.
