Pita the Socially Awkward Dog
Pita is an easy dog. She doesn't wander off. She doesn't eat anything she isn't supposed to. She does not have accidents in the house. She walks fairly well on the leash. She hasn't bitten any other dogs or children (even if they deserved it). She doesn't even shed. She is a well behaved dog. But, MAN she is awkward! She climbs on any available lap and engages in a staring contest with the lap owner. This is her way of seeking attention. She is needy and in constant need of reassurance. If the kids blow whistles she starts shaking uncontrollably and hides in the closet. She has managed to shut herself in my closet on numerous occasions. She has issues.

Also worth noting. Grace made herself a bed in the living room. Out of legos. Looks comfy doesn't it?

we need to catch up.... how long have you had pita and what happened to the other one?
We couldn't keep Bosco anymore. He was constantly getting out and attacked two different neighbor dogs in a two week period. It was a hard, rough decision. We've had Pita for almost two years.
