Up until a few weeks ago, every prayer we asked Libby to say (dinner, lunch, family, personal) was some small variation of "Dear Hebbenwy Fadder, dank you for duh food in the name of Gee-kwighst amen."
The other night as Katie was getting them ready for bed and doing prayers in the living room with Libby sitting on Katie's lap. The evolution of Libby's prayer took a mighty leap to include the following holy and innocent supplication:
"Dear Hebbenwy Fadder,
Thank you for the duh food and the couch and the hutch and Momma's waygs (legs) and Efan's waygs and my waygs...Tank you for my hair and fwip fwops and for my mirror Hey! Efan has my mirror! Give me my mirror! Dear Hebbenwy Fadder tank you for duh food in the name of Gee-kwighst amen."
Tee-hee.
