Well, it appears the post of Xander in a dress and pretty hair may have had SOME influence over his mother getting him a hair cut. Except, instead of an improvement over his previous do, he has a BUZZ with a RAT TAIL. A RAT TAIL I say.
I know, I couldn't believe it either. Of all the grown men I have known that have RAT TAILS, each one of them is a "special spirit," AKA weird. I hope they don't leave it on him for long. Otherwise I'll have to volunteer to take him over night and stage some sort of accident involving an out-of-control pair of kamikaze scissors.
